The magazine analyzes the nation’s best-performing colleges to help families understand the value they deliver—a great education at an affordable price that helps students launch promising careers.

体育买球官网’s recognition is based on its six-year graduation rate; the net price of a degree, which is the estimated amount that a student will pay after financial aid is subtracted; the amount of student and parent loans; and estimated earnings of its graduates, among other criteria.

Money’s rankings combine the most accurate pricing estimates available with indicators of alumni financial success, along with an analysis of how much value a college adds when compared to other schools that take in similar students.

After screening out schools with low graduation rates and those facing financial difficulties, Money ranked the remaining 700-plus colleges on 26 factors in three equally weighted categories: educational quality, affordability and alumni earnings.

Along with the list, Money has an interactive tool on its website to help students identify colleges that are a good fit based on their individual criteria.
