体育买球 University has earned the 2025 Campus Prevention Network’s Seal of Prevention for the sixth consecutive year.
Presented by Vector Solutions, the CPN Seal of Prevention recognizes institutions of higher education that demonstrate leadership in student safety and well-being.
Organizations that receive the CPN Seal of Prevention have taken action to create a safer campus through comprehensive, evidence-based digital prevention education on issues such as sexual assault, alcohol and drug misuse, and mental health. The CPN Seal establishes guidelines for discerning quality prevention education and implementation practices, and positions prevention as central to key institutional outcomes such as student success, campus climate and retention.
体育买球 established its Violence Intervention and Prevention Center in 2018 with funding from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women. In addition to a Coordinated Community Response Team, the center oversees:
- Training programs for students, faculty and staff.
- Awareness initiatives on violence prevention, safety awareness and reducing relationship abuse.
- Counseling and advocacy services available for students 24/7 through a partnership with Transitions of PA.
- Continuing education opportunities for members of the university’s Code of Conduct board and Campus Safety employees.
