Local and national governmental agencies have many policies designed to help children and families succeed. Unfortunately, many of these well-intentioned laws have disastrous consequences. Naomi Schaefer Riley, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, will present several enacted policies she believes may do more harm than good.
